If you realize that the color you ordered is not what you want, please contact us as soon as possible at support@levantleather.com to make your request. If you contact us more than a week after placing your order, there may be an additional processing time for your bag production.
Sometimes, our emails may end up in your spam folder. Please check there first. The second most common scenario is that there might be a typo in the email address you provided to us.
If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us to verify the email address you provided and to request a resend of the email.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You can also view it by logging into your Levant Leather account or via our support widget in the bottom-right corner of our website.
Please note: tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch. For detailed updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as we receive the same tracking info as you do.
Some countries may charge VAT or import duties when your order arrives. These are assessed by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
We do everything we can to ensure a smooth international shipping experience, but customs charges and clearance processes are beyond our control.
