  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The tag must still be attached to the item.

  • Customized products are non-returnable.

  • Kindly include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item.

  • Once approved, you’ll need to ship the product back to our warehouse, and we will share the return address with you.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number.

Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds may take 5-14 business days to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy:
